Is there any way to set the phone up to keep ringing the alert tone until you turn it off - like an alarm clock would work?

Mine only rings once to notify me of appointments, and if I am not wearing the phone I miss the reminder. My husband's Nokia continues to chime until he shuts it off.

Click on Start->Settings->Profiles->select the profile usually Normal

Select Menu by pressing the right soft key->Edit

Scroll down to the Alarm Type. It may be set to Play Sound. Change it to Increasing. That should do the trick.
