We've just launched a new exclusive Downloads forum, designed to house all exclusive Pocket PC Thoughts content (for example, skins and themes, which a few of you have been bugging us about over the past few months). This forum is read-only and is open for access only to registered members of the site. So if you've excelled at being a steady lurker, now's as good a time as any to change all that and register to become a part of the Pocket PC Thoughts community. Once you've registered, everything is yours for the taking.

Within the next few hours, we'll release the first download, so keep your eyes on the front page for updates!

Nifty. Looking forward to it. I'm guessing you'll be adding the EXCLUSIVE DOWNLOADS forum to the email blast forum list so subscribers will receive email blasts of new exclusive downloads, right?

Whatcha' talkin' about kid? When they post about some new download, it will go on the front page, which you'll get an email message about, right? So what's the problem? I had a guy like you in my unit once, always yammerin'... 0X

Well, we'll be doing a front page post about each item we all, so you'll get that post in your email, and it will have a link to the download post...so I think what you're asking for is already in place.

I was only asking because the new EXCLUSIVE DOWNLOADS forum is not under the FRONT PAGE ARCHIVE (comment only) category, but rather in the CONTENT (read only) category. So no, I'm not sure these will be posted on the front page; I don't see that listed in the blast email preferences (see this [Size: 17.4 KB]), and therefore I'm not sure if I'll get an email blast about it.

As Jason just pointed out, we'll always be making a front page post as soon as a new download is available. If you get the email blasts, you should still be covered.
