This has to be one of the worst software apps I've ever tried. I've used many SIPs (I have 9 on my device, now) and nothing about this software makes any sense. The online manual has no information about the use of the various keyboards and no explanation about how to access help files. On top of that when I uninstalled it I wound up with a totally locked up device. I had to do a hard reset and restore to the backup file I created just before installing this completely worthless software.
