Hi all,

Apologies for all the recent problems people have been experiencing with Proporta.com. We now hope that the recent stability issues with our site have been resolved.

The reason that we have experienced so much downtime over the last week or so, is due to a fairly major update made to our site causing memory problems with our SQL server. Some queries would result in our SQL server running out of RAM which would result in either paging, which as you may know seriously slows everything down, or bringing the SQL server down altogether. :cry:

We are fairly sure the worst is over and that normality shold now be restored. If you are using our site and run into problems, please let us know by e-mailing site-problems@proporta.com.
