You're color blind! J/K.

Looking at this pic makes me think it's the camera and the reflection of the PDA screen that are interfering. Also the h1940s which had hot (yellow) screens had higher saturation which had the effect of making the screen colors rich and vibrant... which you don't really see here.

I believe the XDA 3 is going to be about $100 cheaper than the xda 2 (ie. $699 vs $799). Certainly the websites ive seen seem to indicate that.

Still, I think I can get the added functionality from a wifi card from £70. Ill be waiting for VGA and 3G before I upgrade.

I can't help but feeling the XDA III is a cheap rip-off of the XDA II design (which in itself I even didn't like much). Subtlety is replaced by plastic bulging. Yuck. This is one device I do not want to carry, no matter what functionality it brings. And it brings a lot. Now where's my BenQ P50?

The only nit I have is the lack of an integrated flip cover... I'd love to see one on a Pocket PC Phone Edition, but I'm still waiting. :|

I had a flip cover with my Jornada 548. Was always buying a new one as it would snap and break. The plastic hinges just didn't last. I solved that problem by buying a case with a flip cover.

A link will be http://www.mobile-review.com/pda/rev...angel-en.shtml (the link doesn’t work yet).

Unfortunately Qtek 9090 has the same yellow screen with iPaq 1940/4150.

Yes, a manufacturer is HTC (in both cases), moreover the “yellow” screen made by the same manufacturers (Sony)

...and, of course, the 548-style flip would get in the way of phone use. I think it could probably be done if implemented correctly, though. For this unit, a case would cause major problems with the slide-out keyboard, unless you had a really unique case design.
