It does get a bit tiresome when doing backups, since I have both PPC and PC directories full of sub-folders of installer files, cab files, etc. that amounts to quite a signficant disc space, but it sure is handy to be able to go back and get the installers when I need to reinstall after a hard reset, Windows reload, etc.

Being a packrat can be a pain occasionally, but it does have its payoffs occasionally too!
I remember sometime last year there was a thread here on PPCT about keeping old software versions/loads for various reasons.

I'm just as bad - I have software for my H/PCs and P/PCs that are 4-5 revs back for no good reason....

Works for me here in Toronto, Canada! Wow! Never thought that we Canadians would get more priviledges from Microsoft than Americans!

Would it be illegal for me to download and attach it here?

Very strange. I get a 404 when I do that. They must be blocking some of us in the US of A. Anyone in NOrth America getting that download?
