Not really a press release. You have to see that with new devices running Windows Mobile 5.0 a lot has to be explained.
Things don't work as before, software has improved, and something need no explanation. What else can we say about "It supports Wi-Fi, as before, with no changes in the Zero Configuration"? On the other hand there are heaps to talk about Permanent Storage, Word and Excel extended support for desktop features, etc...
So, yes it does look like something explaining the changes and bits. But otherwise a review would be like those on CNET UK, that talked about the O2 Exec but closed saying "we didn't test the phone bit because we couldn't place a call". Well, what kind of review is that then?
Also, the review is written in the first person. There are bits such as "I didn't notice", "at least on this test version I have", that indicate I had the device and actually used it.
So, sorry, but I don't agree with this "press release" thing...
