I have found that this (http://blog.flaphead.dns2go.com/arch...1/21/3202.aspx) list of error codes is also a valuable resource while chasing ActiveSync "quirks"...

Actually, at the bottom of Chris' page, he mentions that it based off the Flaphead page. From what Chris told me, he's used Flaphead as a starting spot and added more to it. 8)
