Default Bypassing the startup screens after a hard reset

I am looking for assistance with a problem of bypassing the startup screens after a hard reset. These screens are the ones that:
1) calibrate your touchscreen
2) Hold, cut, paste, click next
3) input your time zone

I can store this data on an SD/CF card if necessary, but I can't find any bypass calls.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Some OEM's provide easy ways to do this, by providing a startup file or something of the sort, such as HHP. What device are you working with?

Default Devices =>

We are working with major manufacturers (we have about 20 different devices that we are working on).

1) Symbol
2) HP/Compaq
3) Dell
4) Philips (Fujitsu)
5) Toshiba

I didn't know about those OEM tools. I will check around. Thanks!
