I am about to purchase a Dash and my work web site I need to view contains frames. So far, no one at tmobile has been able to tell me or show me that this device will work. Does this device support frames??

Frames support in EI Mobile was added in AKU 2. Seeing as the Dash is AKU 3, it should be there unless HTC decided to remove that feature - which would be highly unlikely.
