Default slice and dice ringtones

Trying to pull out a portion of an mp3 that I want to use as a rington. Being that my phone only rings four times before going to voice mail, the the entire song is not needed in the "rings" folder. But I also don't necessarily want the beginning of the song either. How do I go about grabbing just a clip of the song about half way through it and saving it so I can use that as my ringtone?

Thanks!

You need to slice up the MP3 audio file with something like Audacity:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Then put it on your device and select it as a ringtone. The location of the file depends on the OS of the device you're using - I think /windows should work.
