qtek 8500 - external screen telephone number not appearing?

Default qtek 8500 - external screen telephone number not appearing?
Hello. Does anyone know why the Qtek 8500 does not show the telephone number (i.e. caller id) on the external screen? My phone only shows the 1, the area code and the first three digits of the phone number? If the caller is in my contact list there is no problem, its only when its from non-contact list callers. Please help? Is there a way to change the setting?
