Default Installing eReader on Pocket PC without Activesync

I am using a Mac, with an iPaq 1940. I want to install eReader, but it asks me for an Activesync connection. There are 2 files to install, which I can do manually, but there is no information that I can see which tells me what goes where.

The files are :
eReader.exe.ppc300.arm
utildll.dll.ppc300.arm

If someone could help me out by letting me know where these are installed on their machine.
Thanks!

Well, I don't know about the current version, but on previous versions which didn't allow me to install to my SD card, I just moved both files to the same directory on my SD card (something like \storage card\ereader\) and created a shortcut to the main exe in my start menu directory. You will probably have to rename the files (get rid of everything after .exe and .dll). This worked on previous versions. I don't have my PPC in front of me to see if that would work with the latest. (IIRC, the current version allowed me to specify the storage card as an installation destination.)
