That's the only reason i still use Hotmail, if it's not on my list, it goes straight to the junk mail folder. :?
Gmail is not like Hotmail at all, way better for me! I don't that much spam in my gmail account and the spam filter is really good so far.
Plus, I don't get the weekly "MSN Staff" spam.
I use my gmail account mostly for my mailling list Gmail group thread together, that's a really nice feature.

I have 50 Invites (as everyone I think!) drop me a mail at alaincaron@gmail.com if you want to try it.

hiya, I just wanted to mention that I tried with MS IE in latest ROM with WM2003SE and with NetFront and Gmail is not working still.

Pity, I think Google coudl make it working, particularly because NetFront has rich JavaScript support and it can display Google's banners too...

Actually, this feature has been around for many weeks now. I remember testing it out a month ago, and I didn't get past the "Loading" screen. Today, I'm still stuck in the same situation, so I'm not really sure when (if?) the rollout will be complete for all Gmail users.

I've conducted tests in both PIE and NetFront (using the standard NetFront and an IE6 equivalent UserAgent), and it fails to work properly. I'll sit and wait...for now.

Guys what is all the fuss about g-mail on the PPC? Seriously. You can enable POP and simply setup a mail account on the thing like any other. Granted you don’t get the sorting features of g-mail. *shrugs* I never did get into that aspect of the service. Each their own I guess.

Gmail allows 1gb storage. I doubt you’d want 1000MB of information sitting in your Inbox on your PDA, now would you?

Also, the sorting is one of the best things about it; try and do a normal search on your inbox and see how it compares to a Google search.

could you try also that Minimo browser that is available for Pocket PC somewhere? It is open source, so maybe we could adapt it to be google-friendly...

That's fine if your PPC is the only device you want to check your POP gmail on. That's what drives me mad about it; only one device at a time.

How do I know you can trust me, though? Because I have a script that zips up my Gmail directory and lets you download it, and I'd be too lazy to fake it and have two gmail directories and zip one... too much effort

But get back on topic, people! Gmail is doing an HTML version themselves!
How could you not trust someone with a username like wiggster? 0X
