I can't download them. When I click on a title I get this URL: http://12.149.108.82/authenticate.as...3&book=TATCE12

When I right click on a title it wants to save a file called authenticate.htm.

Any suggestions? I'd sure like to get these three books.

Don't right-click. Left click. It'll stick them in your library folder.

Left clicking opens a browser with this URL: http://12.149.108.82/authenticate.as...3&book=TATCE12 . Nothing gets downloaded to my library. What's going wrong?

When I left click I get the URL http://12.149.108.82/Authenticate.Asp?Id=113 in my browser that kicks off the download. Do you not get the page that looks like this:

Your download should start shortly. Click here to close this window after your download completes.

Ooops. ops: I just clicked your url and I download the book again. Hmmm. Try cleaning out your temp folders and see if that helps. I had that trouble earlier. :?

No, I don't get any message. I just get a blank browser and no download. I went through and cleaned out all my temp files (a) manually, (b) through IE, and, finally, (c) via CleanSweep in Norton SystemWorks. Still nothing. Help.

Firewall??? If so, can you disable it and try again??? Banner blocking and pop-up stopper plug-ins??? Try disabling them as well...

Steve

It worked! I disabled Norton Internet Security. I don't know whether it was the firewall aspect or the popup blocker. Thanks!
