Default DNS caching on a Samsung I600??

http://www.nynewsday.com/business/local/newyork/ny-bzdual043694515mar04,0,5870761.story

From observing my I600 access the web using IE, I believe that the OS does little to no caching of DNS requests. Because of this some pages load very slowly or not at all. From my observations, I believe it is a lack of DNS caching or a very slow DNS server!!Does anyone know how to turn on a registry setting to enable DNS caching or to prove my point one way or another, point the DNS lookups to a server of my choice???Thanks in advance,-ed-
