Your original isn't square. So if you resize down to square it will distort the image. First thing to do is crop the image to make it square. so it was 350x279, you need to make it 279x279 then resize it down to 128.

Yeah, I was mistaken. It's actually 128x128. But the 2 extra pixels shouldn't be missed.

Of course its hard to tell here because it is so pixelated. If you see it on the phone though, it looks really good. The background color isn't a problem. I think it looks good. You would need to create an image with a black band on the bottom. If you shrink it up, the phone will just stretch it to fill the display.

Ok, I've made some changes and posted a new set that should make it easier to see the clock. 8)

I wish I had a 3125 just so I could play with these. :lol:
