I copied my post from the Ipaq section, as it was probably in the wrong place to be fair :roll:

Maybe someone can offer some advice on this porblem?

All my music is on my desktop's media player 11, all as standard mp3s. ive mounted a network folder on my ipaq using NetUse. the mounted folder does not show up in media player however (just the normal My Device and SD Card) ..... but when i get the media player to update the library, it clearly finds the 3500ish songs i have, but does not add them to the library..... is there something im doing wrong?

i'd say using WMP is ur porblem but thats my bias agenst windows.
are u closing the search with out adding the songs because other wise over a wifi net work it will remove them from ur libeiry after.

im really not sure, i just do the search and nothing comes up..... although it counts all the songs thru
