Default sim card/phone troubles.

I have a T-Mobile SIM card and a Panasonic cell phone that is unlocked. when i put the sim card in the phone everything works fine, i can receive and send text messages, except when i receive and make calls i cant hear the person on the other end. when i put the card back into my old phone everything works perfectly. is there anything i can do to repair the new phone myself? should i just get a different phone? should i bring it to a repair shop?

Sounds like there is something wrong with your new phone. Check the profiles or the phone's volume.

You won't find too much help in our forums. We're focused on a specific market of cell phones - Windows Mobile powered Smartphones.
