hello,newbie in distress please help,Orange M2000 pocket pc will no longer pair with other devices using bluetooth.I have hard reset the device which as not worked. would it help if i reloaded the windows mobile2003 SE VERSION 4.21.1088 (BUILD15045.2.6.0) OR BIN THE DEVICE!last week i had no problem pairing my orange M2000 with my bluetooth gps antannae,but now the pocketpc will not pair with any device using the bluetooth manager,wondered if it was an hardware or software problem,many thanks. :cry: :cry:

A hard reset does precisely what you are proposing - it restores the OS completely to its original factory default state ('reloading' as you put it). So it sounds very much like you have a hardware issue.

:idea: many thanks for the reply,can bluetooth be reloaded onto the device or would this be that the transmitter is broken?

A hard reset applies to all the drivers as well, including bluetooth, so all the software required for you to run your PDA has been reset to factory default. As I've said, looks like you may have a hardware fault.
