Does this apply to V37 owners as well? I know that it says v35 owners need to pay $30 but what about V37?

Well V37 is the same device than V35 and Rom should be the same, except for SDIO native support and CPU Control software that allow you Turbo Mode. so It could work, but it's not designed for the V37.. Maybe by the mid October as they claim now (received an email confirmation that was pushed back to October)

here is some information about the V35 CD.. we will need to wait again, but not too long:

Thank you for your email. I apologize for the misinformation. I was just informed that we just got the Master CD for the Viewsonic V35.
When we get the artwork, production will start the end of next week!!!
Shipping should be sometime the week of the 27th.

so by the end of the month, they will ship the CD..

for V37, you will need to wait on December before getting a CD

What are you pissing about? I had planned to buy a V35 last spring but bought the Toshiba e335 instead as Toshiba told me that it has SDIO and Viewsonic said that although the V35 HAS SDIO it would not work without new software that "should be released some time in the future"

Now I find out that the SDIO port is actually JUST SD and Toshiba has no plans of releasing PPC 2003. So I paid MORE MONEY for a device that is ugly, has a crappy screen and not only doesn't do what I wanted it to do (and was TOLD IT WOULD DO) but never will.

If you are so dissatisifed, trade me.

I just thank the Lords of Cobal that I didn't waste more money by buying a Toshiba LapTop.
