I really don't see the point of having both the 4150 and 4350 as they are , save for size, thumpad and screen identifical devices. Unless you are a serious PPC collector, or plain rich. 'Hmm, today I think the 4350 would fit well in my large pocket.'

I just got an offer of US$500 for my h5450... and here (in Argentina) I can get a h4150 for US$550... What should I do?

Should I change it? Should I wait for a very expensive VGA device?

I would wait to see what comes over the horizon but if you really need it now i'd go for the 4150. The performance of the 4150 is much better than the 5455 so it would be a good upgrade. Now I can't confirm this but This Post implies that an upgrade will be available for the 4150.

I use different devices for different things, most of my old ppc's I sell to family members(helps populate the family with ppc's and get them to stay away from palms :wink.
