Default toshiba e740 - can bluetooth be disabled on soft reset?

Every time I do the soft reset, I need to turn off bluetooth, so I thought if there is some registry tweak, or something like that which would keep it off on soft reset?

Explore through activesync to Windows/Startup. Look for the bluetooth icon/program and delete it.

Unfortuantly, that doesn't help. Anyway, I have forgot the hardware lock of bluetooth, which obviously works even after the reset. Well, it is not as elegant as it could be, but if no one knows any better solution... it will work.
