It doesn't matter. The point is that he thinks it's too much, and I was giving him some service locations to check for better prices.
Qusai should have said both where he's located and what model of iPAQ he has. Without knowing that, we can only give general suggestions.

True. But my point was that what he feels is too much may in reality be a good price - he just does not like it. The clues to location were the placement of the money sign: 0000$ and the rest of us answered $0000 - and sending the iPaq to Europe for repair does not mean the Americas - and probably not Asia - most likely the Middle East or even Oceania...but what do I know? :wink: :?:

Based on the user name and the shipment to Europe, I'd guess the Middle East, too.
However, the amount could well be in U.S. dollars. He said that $390 (or 390$, if you prefer) was 65% of the cost of a new Pocket PC, making the new cost $600. That's the list price of an iPAQ 5550 in U.S. dollars.
If he has a model other than the 5550, then that's another issue. How about we wait to see if Qusai responds before engaging in further speculation? ;-)
