I agree completely.
I got my first iPAQ (3650) from one of the first batches to hit Canada. It ended up developing the screen flip. A quick call to Compaq and it was replaced. Unfortunately, that one had dust. Another call, another unit. Finally, I accidentally snapped the hard reset button on the bottom. No problem, a new unit was in my hands two days later.
On one of these occasions, I was travelling. Compaq and Purolator were responsive and accomodating. They arranged pick up in Calgary and dropped it off to me in Montreal.
I've heard horror stories about Compaq's service in the US, but I have to rate my experiences with Compaq Canada as top notch!
