Default Resco Explorer and the IPAQ H1930? I didn't get it!

My 1930 CD does not have Resco Explorer but others do.

Does yours???? If so where is mine!

Here is a link of specs for the h193x series. On it, unfortunately, it says Resco File explorer is only on the 1935, which doesn't make sence since the CD is slated for the 1900 series of handhelds.

I got it with the 1945. What's the difference?

I also got it with my 1935. Have you thoroughly checked the CD? It didn't jump out at me right away. It wasn't listed under any of the headings like 'entertainment' or 'productivity'. It was listed under 'HP 1935 software' I think.
