Hi, Im having some trouble getting my hx2490 to sync.

I keep getting a message saying "server cannot be reached. This can be caused by temporary network conditions. Support code: 80072ee2".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look through this troubleshooting guide and see if it can solve your connection problem. Most of the time, it's due to a poorly configured firewall or botched network setting.
