I have just transfered to PPC and am enjoying the difference...one small frustration.... With my Palm I could create shortcuts...basically writing a particular symbol followed by perhaps DS would create a date stamp (10/02/2005) or symbol followed by DTS would be a date time stamp (12:35 10/02/2005).....

Is there similar in Pocket PC ????

The shortcut feature was introduced in the Transcriber handwriting recognition in Windows Mobile 2003SE. The only other input method I'm aware of that does this is Transcriber's commercial older brother, Calligrapher.
