Default Palm Reader on PPC?
I am not sure why.. but I cannot seem to install Palm reader on my new ipaq 2210! Is there a known problem here?

I figured it out!
I *had* to unzip the file to another folder... if you try to install from a zipped file it won't work right!

That is correct. This also goes for quite a few other Pocket PC applications.
