Just wondering if it's me. I returned the first V36 I had because the unit pulled power off the back-up battery instead of the main battery.

The new unit does the same thing. Called Viewsonic, that was a new one on them. They said it sounded like there was a problem with the back-up battery and have agreed to to an "advanced replacement" - send me a new one, before I send the other one in.

I'm going to staples again to make sure this doesn't mess up the rebate or extended warranty I purchased.

Has anyone else had problems with Viewsonic V36.........?
