Nothing happens when the button is pressed. If I'm on the today screen "Start" occasionally changes to "iTask", but that's about it.

Hmmm, weird. Does invoking iTask through the Start menu or the Programs folder work?

Nope. Sorry - meant to mention that in the original thread. There's no other software on the machine either - it's quite clean.
