Yeah don't feel bad, I've seen many post of people having the same problem as you are.

So far the workaround for this is to find that dll file and rename it to .old then reinstall the update and it should work. I haven't tried it for this update as mine worked the first time but the previous update gave me problems like this and renaming the dll worked.
