Default How do I get my 3850 to flash mode..

It says to push buttons 2 - 4 and power and then do a hard reset and I should get a screen that should say remote USB connection but all I get is a red screen with compaq on it?

I managed to do it just fine based on the instructions provided with the upgrade program.

Make sure you're holding all three buttons down when you do the soft-reset. It's rather hard to do. Also, make sure you hold the soft-reset a second or two.

If that doesn't work, give 'em a call.
