Would this be possible at all, even it it required external power?

This solution would not only work for the h1910 but for any other Pocket PC without a USB host... could there be a way to connect a Pocket PC to a cell phone without serial support by using a USB hub?

Anyone?

No. The cell phone and iPaq would both connect to the hub and wait for a USB host to "contact" and communicate with them.
