I bought the eten M700 in March and was reasonably pleased with it until the touch screen stopped working. I have been trying to contact E-ten for customer support but have had no reply. Has anyone else had this problem?

The pnoe/pda is worthless without the touchscreen. I am sorry to say that Eten products are apparently not reliable and customer support is very poor.

Where are you located and where did you buy the unit from?
