A google says that it is a communications error. Supposedly the following
- Delete your profile in ActiveSync on your PC
- Make sure USB is checked in your ActiveSync connections settings
- Soft reset both your Pocket PC and your desktop PC
- install an updated version of your wireless software
- hard reset

It sounds like the deleting profiles might work...I have been trying to do updates to pocket pc 2002 and it seems like everytime I soft reset for that I create a new profile when I sync....I am up to number 7 now...I will try that later when I can get on my home pc....thanks
