Try ebay. I got a 1GB sd card by sandisk for £37 + £7 p+p from New York. Its spot on.

Try searching www.pricewatch.com or www.pricegrabber.com or www.slickdeals.net. Also, www.buy.com also has an assortment of cards on sale with rebates. You can get the 512 cards pretty dirt cheap. The 1gig cards are under $90 and slowly dropping.
