Is it possible in any way to change the backdrop in pocket pc 2002 without downloading a program that does it. I want to get my snowboarding picture in the desktop of my ipaq

The Ipaq has the option to use jpeg files as the today screen picture. The only problem is, they are washed out. To do this tap start/settings/today. Then pick the picture you want to display, then place a check mark in "use this picture as the background".

As far as I know, there isn't a way to do this without downloading an application. That being said, the MS Theme Generator (v2.0) http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pock...egenerator.asp is a FREE download, is easy to use, will crop and/or change the transparancy of your photo, and will let you customize the entire theme (font/background colors). It's pretty easy to make your own themes.
