The only ones I have any info on are the Xscale processors.

The PXA210 (200Mhz) were $19.00 in lots of 1000
The PXA250 (400Mhz) were $32.00 in lots of 1000
This was 3 months ago, don't know if they are still this price, I expect they are probably even cheaper now.

I'm curious. When the next version of PPC is released and I spend my money on the OS upgrade for PPC will I be able to upgrade the CPU as well?

Given the small price differential between these processors that could be a worthwhile upgrade to extend the life of my PPC
