Acer N321 Power problems

Default Acer N321 Power problems
Not seen any updated on this as yet.
Has anyone been lucky enough to sort out the Battery running out of power quickly or the System locking up, only coming back on with removal and reinsterting of the battery?

Acer want me to sent it to them but I am unsure if they will sort it out, or just send it back in the same condition, saying no fault found!

As far as I know the N321 is the same as the N311. What ROM version do you have?

Yes, it is the same. ROM version is: V1.00.24
