My Acer N30 died, just there sat on my desk in a very nice proporta armoured case. It just was dead at 2 month old <sob>
I returned it to Expansys who returned it to Acer who said the deeply recessed reset button was damaged, quite how this is supposed to happen I do not know. So they say it's damaged and that means no warranty the repair is to cost nearly as much as the thing cost.
so beware if you are considering a N30.
It also comes with no cradle and the connecting cable is very frail
