Default 3845 Charging Stops at 95% w/ Aftermarket AC Charger
Anyone know why a 3845 iPAQ charging light occasionally stops flashing at 95% or so using some aftermarket AC chargers? If I turn the PPC on, charging (and light flashing) resumes and within 5 additional minutes of charging the battery reaches 100%.

This never happens with the stock cradle charger, nor my car charger, which both take the unit to 100% every time.
