jnajera Intellectual Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 137		2215 GONE MAD MY ipaq has been hard resetting itself about three times a week!!! Anybody else getting this problem? Called HP and they said it should not be happening and that they will repair it. I just want to know if I'm the only with the problem or if it is a bug.

dalman Neophyte Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 2		It will depend on how long your warranty last. Most of products have one year warranty and you can call hp tech support to have it fixed up. They may not give you a new one but it should be the one which can function well.

jnajera Intellectual Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 137		Actually it's 30 days on microsoft's software and one year on HP's hardware! When I called the rep. he freaked me out and told me my support ran out for software!! But then he told me I still had 11 months on anything hardware.
