Are you referring to the release of the 700w for Sprint? I've heard lots of rumors, but nothing official. I believe Verizon has an exclusivity contract on the 700w, but unfortunately, I don't know how long that is.

(And if you're referring to a PalmOS-based version of the Treo 700w, then no, we wouldn't have any information. We're primarily a Windows Mobile site. 1Src, TreoCentral or PalmInfoCenter may be able to give you more information.)

The rep I talked with at Sprint kept saying it was the 700i not the 700w that would be released in June from Sprint.
Yes, I even asked the guy, 'are you sure your not talking about the 700w?'
he said, 'yes sir, I am talking about the new Treo 700i that Sprint will be releasing in June. Not the Treo 700w.'

Was also told it runs WM 5.0...

No clue what he means. I typically don't put too much stock into rep stories until I can hear some corroboration.
