Inbox Items disappeared on SMT 5600
I had a problem with my SMT 5600 a couple of weeks ago. The icons on the top of the screen were all blank and none of the non features seemed to work. I shut the phone off and restarted (the answer to all software issues :-)) and everything came back okay except my Outlook Inbox.
Even after I sync my device to my Exchange server successfully, there are no messages in the Inbox. It just shows a blank screen.
Any thoughts?
