I was just wondering if I buy the treo 700wx and install tomtom navigator 6, do I still have to pay for navigation service plan?

I plan on using it in conjunction with the globalsats bt-359 receiver.

My general question is will tomtom behave like it would on a pda or would they require me to pay extra to use the gps feature on smartphones even when using it with a receiver and ppc software.
