Default GPS for Treo 700W

I'm looking for GSP for my Treo 700. The only package that I have found that I can get a definate confirmation on support for the Treo 700 is CoPilot Live 6. Now I'd rather not spend more on GPS than I did for the actual Treo so I'm hoping there are cheaper options out there?

I found this site http://www.semsons.com/builyourowng.html
It is a company called Semsons and they have quite a few GPS for PPC 5.0 options including the following:

Starnet SD GPS for $100 along with IGuidence North America software for $80. Anybody have experience with this. $180 is a lot better than $299 but if I get what I pay for I may have to just wait.

Tom Tom is also available for $115.

Help! there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer to this question anywhere online except for CoPilot's option.

I use iNav iGuidance and think it is a really good GPS/mapping program for Pocket PCs. Its easy to use and very accurate.

However, the screen size of the Treo 700w causes the right-side and bottom of the screen to be cut-off. No scroll bars appear like on some other applications.

It is still usable, though, since most of the map can be seen and all of the bottom menu is accessible. Problems occur when entering destination information or and on some other data entry screens. It uses on-screen buttons for letters and numbers and a few of the them, such as the "Cancel" button are not visiable.

Microsoft Streets & Trips 2005 does fit on the 700w screen. Note, though, that you cannot plan trips or navigate to a location on the PPC version. It only tells you where you are.

I was really nervous at the lack of reviews and information online in these forums for CoPilot but I'm quite pleased. I haven't used other software to compare it to but it works as advertised and was easy to setup.

If you have any specific questions let me know.
