- Have you checked if tethering is enabled from your carrier? Verizon initially disabled BT tethering then decided to allow it after the lawsuit, apparently costs $15 extra. I am not certain that your 700w might not have BT dialup disabled.
- On non-disabled/hacked devices, it is as easy as pairing/ exploring the 700w selecting BT dialup as the desired service and applying the proper password.
- You will also need to configure the laptop to use a CDMA modem.
