Cingular 2125 won't detect storage card

Default Cingular 2125 won't detect storage card
My cingular 2125 does not detect the SimpleTech 2GB storage card. What could be the problem?

Did you format the card in Fat 32 or NTFS? That would cause the problem for sure. Otherwise, I would double check that it's fully inserted.

Thank you for your response.
I placed the SD card in a card reader to format and it still did not detect. I have since returned the card to SimpleTech for a replacement. I'll try to let you know what happens.
