ATT GSM coverage

Default ATT GSM coverage
Have heard some not so good comments regarding att's gsm coverage. Does anyone have info on att's arizona coverage as well as national coverage when traveling. I am considering a MOTO samrtphone but am concerned about weak signals and poor coverage areas.
